It builds on the legacy of Trams, a well-known travel back-office and CRM system originally founded by Lee Rosen in 1987. The company aims to simplify and improve travel agency operations with its unified, cloud-based platform called TRES. This platform integrates accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, and itinerary management into one system, accessible from any device.

TRES helps travel agencies streamline workflows, manage bookings, personalize experiences, and improve supplier communication. It connects to major GDS and booking engines, suits agencies of all sizes, and supports independent contractors and host agencies to boost efficiency and profits.
