ABOUT

Tourism Solomons is the official marketing agency of the Solomon Islands Government, responsible for promoting the country as a premier tourist destination. Based in Honiara, it works closely with the Ministry of Culture & Tourism to foster sustainable tourism development and highlight the Solomon Islands as a beautiful South Pacific destination.

It plays a key role in marketing and promotion by targeting niche markets such as birdwatching, WWII history (battlefields), cruise, diving, fishing, romance, and surfing. The organization serves as the “brand champion” for the Solomon Islands, actively promoting its unique cultural and natural attractions both locally and internationally.

In addition to marketing, Tourism Solomons builds partnerships between public and private stakeholders, encouraging investment in tourism. It also provides research, training, and resources for operators to support sustainable tourism development.
