Sofia Vasil Levski Airport (SOF) is the main international airport in Bulgaria, located approximately 10 km east of the centre of the capital city, Sofia. Serving as a key hub, it offers scheduled connections to major European business centres.
In February 2025, Sofia Airport was renamed "Vasil Levski Sofia Airport" to honour the Bulgarian revolutionary and national hero, symbolizing Bulgaria’s spirit and freedom.
