Savour Italy Tours is a boutique Canadian travel company creating custom itineraries and small-group journeys throughout Italy, with select destinations in Europe and Latin America. Founded in 2006 by Rome-born certified sommelier Antonio Mauriello, the company grew from a passion for sharing exceptional vineyards, regional cuisine, and lesser-known places with travellers. Based in Ontario, it designs trips for solo travellers, couples, families, and friends, shaped around individual interests, travel styles, and budgets.

Now led by co-owners and presidents Zoltan and Colombe Lorantffy, Savour Italy Tours remains committed to thoughtful, locally rooted travel. Its destination specialists work with trusted in-country partners to arrange accommodations, transportation, private guides, and meaningful experiences, while providing support from arrival through departure. From iconic cities and art-filled villages to cycling routes, family-run wineries, and regional food traditions, each journey combines well-known highlights with authentic local discovery.
