ABOUT
The Saudi Tourism Authority promotes the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as a tourist destination locally and globally, aiming to attract visitors and boost tourism. It collaborates with the private sector to develop and distribute tourism packages and products, overseeing their rollout both domestically and internationally. It also manages marketing and promotional campaigns for destinations within the Kingdom, participates in tourism exhibitions, and continually works to improve the visitor experience.
Headquartered in Riyadh with offices in key international markets, the Authority operates with administrative and financial independence under a board chaired by the Minister of Tourism. Established on March 10, 2020, it works alongside the Ministry, which oversees regulation, and the Tourism Development Fund, which supports investment. Its scope includes organizing and marketing offerings, raising service standards, forming partnerships to energize the private sector, participating in major industry events, and using research and traveler data to guide decisions and advance sustainable growth across the travel ecosystem.
