ABOUT

PROMPERÚ (The Commission for the Promotion of Peruvian Exports and Tourism) is a government agency under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR). Its main responsibilities are to promote Peru’s exports, tourism, and foreign direct investment by formulating and executing strategies to enhance the country's image abroad. 

Our mandate is to promote non-traditional exports, encourage Canadian tourism to Peru, and foster partnerships between Peruvian and Canadian businesses through the "Peru Brand." We organize events, seminars, and trade shows to achieve these goals and attract international tourists by showcasing the country's cultural, historical, and natural attractions.
