The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) plays an important role in Pakistan's tourism sector. It was established on March 30, 1970. PTDC’s main objective is to promote and develop tourism in Pakistan. Its vision includes several key goals. These include developing tourism as a national priority, promoting Pakistan's cultural and natural heritage, and improving the quality of life in the country. Additionally, PTDC aims to position Pakistan among the top 5 tourist destinations in Asia.
