ABOUT
The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) is the official national tourism organization of Nepal. It operates as a public-private partnership, combining government commitment with private sector dynamism to develop and promote the country as a premier tourist destination globally.
NTB promotes Nepal as a unique and attractive holiday destination in both domestic and international markets, oversees tourism product development, and is chaired by the Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation. NTB is mainly funded through a Tourist Service Fee collected from departing foreign passengers at Tribhuvan International Airport, ensuring its financial independence.
Nepal promotes itself with the slogans “Nepal: Lifetime Experiences” and “Naturally Nepal, Once is not Enough,” emphasizing its appeal as a unique and memorable destination. The branding highlights the country as a next-generation mountain destination ideal for adventure holidays, weekend breaks, and unforgettable experiences that inspire visitors to return.
