Island Expeditions is a Belize-focused adventure travel company founded in 1987 by Tim Boys after exploring the country’s wild coasts and rainforests. The company pioneered sea kayaking and snorkeling at Glover’s Reef and Lighthouse Reef atolls, now World Heritage Sites known for exceptional marine life. It offers small-group trips led by expert guides that blend kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and scuba with rainforest hiking, birdwatching, wildlife viewing, and visits to Mayan ruins.

The company’s ethos centers on responsible tourism, conservation, and community engagement.
