For over 30 years, Crystal has been recognized for its exceptional voyages. In 2022, A&K Travel Group acquired the Crystal brand, ushering in a new and exciting era. The cruise line operates two main ships, Serenity and Symphony, both renovated to provide enhanced luxury experiences. These ships sail to more than 281 destinations across 112 countries, including Europe, the Caribbean, North America, Africa, Australia, and Asia.

The cruise line is renowned for its high crew-to-guest ratio and warm, intuitive service. It offers an extensive selection of dining options, including the exclusive Nobu restaurant at sea. Passengers can enjoy a diverse array of activities, such as shore excursions, lectures, dance lessons, and access to spa and fitness facilities. Casinos on both ships were removed to create new lounges.
