ABOUT

The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors (ACTA) is a national, non-profit, membership-based trade association representing the retail travel sector of Canada's tourism industry. Established in 1977, ACTA advocates for approximately 3,000 member agencies that employ around 14,000 travel professionals across Canada.

ACTA represents Canadian travel agencies and advisors to governments and industry. It provides education and certification to raise professional standards. It also connects members with information, contacts, and programs to help their businesses succeed. The association also hosts events, networking opportunities, and advocacy town halls to keep members informed and engaged. Its leadership team consists of experienced industry executives dedicated to driving innovation, and professionalism.
