Air Canada is resuming daily flights to Beijing. The airline is also enhancing its service to Shanghai, which will now operate daily as well. These routes are crucial for connecting Vancouver (YVR) with two major Chinese cities. Seats are available for sale through Air Canada Contact Centres and airline consolidators.

Resumed Flights to Beijing

Air Canada is set to resume its daily flights from Vancouver to Beijing, starting January 15, 2025. The daily flights from Vancouver to Beijing will be operated using the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, known for its enhanced international onboard services.

Expansion of Service to Shanghai

Starting December 7, 2024, Air Canada’s flights from Vancouver to Shanghai will transition from four days a week to daily service. This move underlines the airline’s commitment to restoring its international services to pre-pandemic levels.
