Propair is a Quebec-based charter airline founded in 1954, specializing in air charters, medevac flights, and regional services mainly in Quebec, Ontario, and nearby areas. Headquartered at Rouyn-Noranda Airport, it has become one of Canada’s oldest and leading providers of specialized air transport. Its fleet includes around 13 aircraft, such as Beechcraft King Air and 1900 models.
The airline offers charter flights, aeromedical evacuations with onboard healthcare, cargo handling, and aircraft maintenance. It recently launched scheduled business routes, including Sudbury to Ottawa and Montreal starting in October 2025 using Beechcraft 1900 aircraft, and plans to add a Bathurst to Montreal service.
