Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), also known as Kathmandu Airport, is the primary and busiest international airport in Nepal. It is located about 6 km east of Kathmandu city in the Kathmandu Valley. KTM serves as the main air gateway to Nepal, connecting the country to over 40 destinations in 17 countries.
KTM is the only international gateway in Nepal, serving as the primary entry point for tourists and business travelers. Centrally located near major cultural sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, it plays a vital role in both international and domestic travel, supporting the country’s tourism industry and economy.
