ABOUT

Singita is a South African luxury ecotourism and conservation brand with private game lodges across Africa. Founded in 1993, it runs 19 award-winning lodges, camps, and exclusive-use villas in top wilderness areas. The story began in 1925 when the Bailes family acquired land that became part of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in South Africa. Today, their properties cover over half a million acres of pristine wilderness across five ecosystems in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Rwanda. For 30 years, they have focused on preserving Africa’s wildlife and wilderness, providing exceptional safari experiences. In partnership with nonprofit Funds & Trusts, which carry out strategic conservation projects, Singita aims to preserve large parts of African wilderness for future generations.
