HX Expeditions is a Norwegian expedition cruise company focused on adventure travel to some of the world’s most remote regions. Founded in 1896 as part of Hurtigruten, the company began as a coastal ferry service along Norway’s shoreline and later became a pioneer in expedition cruising. In 2023, it rebranded from Hurtigruten Expeditions to HX, reflecting its growth beyond Norway into a global operator with more than 130 years of exploration experience.
HX sails to destinations such as Antarctica, the Galápagos Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Alaska, Svalbard, South America, Norway, and the British Isles.
