The Embassy of Iceland in Ottawa serves as the diplomatic mission representing Iceland in Canada and Costa Rica, with the aim of strengthening political, economic, and cultural relations between these countries.

The services provided include the issuance and renewal of Icelandic passports, as well as visa issuance for travel to Iceland. Additionally, document notarization and legalization are available. Assistance is offered to Icelandic citizens in emergencies, and there is support for trade, investment, and cultural exchange initiatives.
