ETOA - European Tourism Association is a member-driven, non-profit trade association based in Brussels with an office in London. Its membership spans a wide range of businesses that bring tourists to and around Europe, including tour and online operators, intermediaries and wholesalers, destination management companies, European tourist boards, hotels, attractions, technology companies, and other tourism and business service providers. The association connects members across roughly 63 origin markets and reaches more than 30,000 industry professionals through its wider network and channels.
The organization helps make European tourism more competitive, fairer and more sustainable by providing industry insights, independent advice and a strong collective voice at European, national and local policymaking levels. It delivers practical value through policy and advocacy, B2B networking, market access and collaborative projects, and by running flagship workshops and events that generate tens of thousands of one‑to‑one appointments each year.
