There are no surprise fees or late charges. Loans are issued through lending partners and are available across the U.S. and Canada.

Formerly known as Uplift, the service was acquired by Upgrade in 2023 and rebranded as Flex Pay. It is used by more than 750 travel and retail brands. The product focuses on flexible, affordable options that help customers manage costs with confidence. Growth continues as it expands its partner network and market presence.
